We enable businesses and consumers to withdraw and deposit cash at ATMs, process payments at payment terminals, make online 3D Secure ACS transactions and make payments using mobile applications. The ITCARD Group operates its own network of Planet Cash ATMs and Planet Pay POS terminals. The Group also performs its services and operations in the Czech Republic.

Associated with the payment industry for over 30 years, creator of the Planet Cash ATM network and Planet Pay POS terminal network. In 2009, he started a project to establish the ITCARD S.A. Payment Technology Centre, which after 10 years became the largest Polish outsourcer and operator of ATMs for banks and financial institutions, while handling POS payment terminals, payment cards, online payments and mobile payments. Before becoming President of the Management Board of ITCARD S.A., he worked for Kredyt Bank and the largest Belgian financial and insurance group KBC for over 12 years. He held the position of Executive Director of the Electronic Banking and Group Payments Division in Kredyt Bank. At KBC Group Payment, he was responsible for the strategy and domestic management of the payments and payment operations area: payment cards, POS, ATMs, credit cards, domestic and international payments, cash processing, electronic banking, deposit products, accounts and international cash management. He was Chairman of the Operational Risk Committee and responsible for innovation, transformation and outsourcing projects. W latach 2004 – 2009 pełnił funkcję Członka Rady Nadzorczej Krajowej Izby Rozliczeniowej S.A., był Członkiem Zespołu Krajowego organizacji VISA Polska. From 2004 to 2009, he was a Member of the Supervisory Board of Krajowa Izba Rozliczeniowa S.A. and a member of the Country Team of VISA Polska. Graduate of the Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu – National Louis University in Nowy Sącz at the Faculty of Marketing and Management in Strategic Management and HR. He has been involved in the sales of new technologies and services for business for 25 years. From 1996 to 2001, he worked in the FMCG sector, among others in Pepsi Co., DANONE and Glaxo Wellcome. From 2001-2016, he worked for Wincor Nixdorf Polska where, from 2008, he was a Member of the Management Board and Head of the Banking Division responsible for sales in Poland and Ukraine. In 2002, within the cooperation with Wincor Nixdorf Polska, he was responsible for the implementation of a new business concept for banks – deposit machines. It was the first such project in Europe, and its successful implementation and business model served as a reference for the American Wells Fargo. Since 2016 – Vice President of the Management Board in the company IT Card Centrum Technologii Płatniczych S.A.

He started his professional career in SHL Hypotheken Bank in Germany, then he worked for Raiffeisen Bank and mBank. From 2007 to 2009, Deputy Head of Business Development Department at mBank, where he was responsible for the development and management of Corporate Banking products: payment, liquidity, investment, accounts and credit products. Since 2009 Head of Office / Deputy Head of Transaction Banking Department of mBank, responsible for the management of the Transaction Banking product offering,among other things current accounts, escrow accounts, custody accounts, cash pools, cross-border solutions, term deposits, payment cards, cash management as well as foreign and domestic payments, receivables collection and identification products. He was responsible for the implementation of innovative and strategic projects for Corporate Banking in the field of new technologies. As of December 2019 – Vice President of the Management Board of ITCARD.
Graduated with a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking, as well as postgraduate studies in Integration and Project Management at the Warsaw School of Economics. He also studied at the Christian Albrecht University in Germany. He has participated in extensive management training, including completing the Manager Program organised by GFK “Executive Program in Strategy and Organisation” at Stanford University and the “Executive Academy” at the University of Vienna.

He specializes in operational management and strategic development, building on previous roles including Operations Director and Sales and Operations Director, where he oversaw sales, logistics, onboarding, customer service, partner management, and business analytics.
On international markets, he held key positions at Oi S.A. (Brazil), where he was responsible for nationwide and regional sales strategies, management of extensive partner and direct sales networks, and the development of FTTH fiber-optic infrastructure. Earlier in his career, he was associated with PT Comunicações S.A. and TV Cabo S.A. (Portugal), where he contributed to the development of fiber-optic, satellite, and multichannel sales models.
He combines strategic vision with operational excellence, focusing on scalable business models and building high-performance teams in complex, regulated environments.
