ITCARD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as ITCARD) informs that it is particularly careful to protect the privacy of both current and potential customers using the ITCARD website. Thus, it provides general information on the principles of collection, processing and use of information about users of the www.itcard.pl website by ITCARD. ITCARD S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, 139 Jutrzenki Street, 02-231 Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator, is the administrator of the personal data obtained through the website. The data are obtained in order to respond to inquiries sent, to handle complaints, as well as to offer own services or products (so-called direct marketing). Data processing includes the following categories of personal data: contact data provided in connection with a submitted inquiry, data disclosed during conversations, especially those recorded for security or evidential purposes. The provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary in order to contact you and respond to you.

You have the right to inspect your personal data, the right to request access to the content of your personal data, rectification, deletion or restriction of processing, transfer, to object to processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection. Personal data will be processed for the period of the statute of limitations for claims to and against the data controller.

Recipients of the personal data provided may be entities cooperating with the Administrator, in particular, entities providing services to the Administrator, including IT, postal or courier services, other entities, when it is necessary for the realization of purposes related to the legitimate interest of the Administrator, including entities entrusted by contract with the processing of personal data.

In the case of consent to the provision of commercial information by electronic means, the Administrator may provide commercial information within the meaning of the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1219), using electronic communication means, in particular by sending commercial information to the provided email address or cell phone number. In addition, if you give additional voluntary consent in accordance with Article 172 of the Act of July 16, 2004. Telecommunications Law (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1907, as amended), the Administrator will be able to use telephone terminal equipment and automatic calling systems for direct marketing purposes. These consents may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the compatibility of data processing on the basis of consent granted before its withdrawal.

I confirm that I have familiarized myself with the information regarding the principl... I confirm that I have familiarized myself with the information regarding the principles of processing my personal data, in accordance with which:

1. The data controller is ITCARD S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Jutrzenki 139, 02231 Warsaw (hereinafter also referred to as the "Company").
2. The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted at the email address: iod@itcard.pl.

1) Communication and provision of information related to the submitted form or initiated telephone call – based on the legitimate interest of the administrator (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), consisting of conducting communication in connection with the business activity carried out by the administrator;
2) Direct marketing of the Company's products or services – based on the legitimate interest of the administrator (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) involving promotion of the administrator's services and products within the scope of the conducted business activity, including with the previously expressed, separate, voluntary consent through sending commercial information electronically (email, SMS) or direct marketing using the telecommunication end device of the person whose data it concerns;
3) Archival purposes – based on the legitimate interest of the administrator (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) consisting of the need to document the User's relationship with the Company;
4) In case of the intention to cooperate with ITCARD S.A. to take actions aimed at concluding a contract and performing other activities related to the contract, including activities preceding its conclusion – based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, if the person whose data it concerns will be a party to the contract or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, if the person whose data it concerns is a person representing/acting on behalf of the party entering into a contract with ITCARD S.A.;
5) For the purpose of conducting marketing of entities from the ITCARD group, within the scope and under the conditions specified in the statement containing the consent of the person whose data it concerns – based on the previously expressed, separate consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Actions on personal data carried out on the basis of the legitimate interest of the administrator will be carried out until effective objection to the processing of data for these purposes is made, - for reasons related to the specific situation of the data subject - regarding the processing of data concerning the data subject, unless the Administrator demonstrates the existence of important legitimate grounds for processing, overriding the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or grounds for establishing, investigating or defending claims, or until the purpose of processing is achieved. In the case of processing data for direct marketing purposes, the data subject has the right to object at any time to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of such marketing.
5. Personal data processed on the basis of consent will be processed until it is withdrawn.
6. Processing of data for the purpose of taking actions aimed at concluding a contract will be carried out until the completion of negotiations or activities aimed at concluding a contract. If a contract is concluded and the processing of data is necessary for its performance, the data will be processed for the time necessary for its execution.
7. The Administrator will process your personal data for the purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator - based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, which for the Administrator are the purposes referred to in paragraph 3 points 1-4 above.
8. Processed personal data will not be profiled, nor will decisions be made in an automated manner based on them.
9. Your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) in connection with the use by ITCARD S.A. of services related to the processing of personal data carried out by entities supporting the provision of services by ITCARD S.A. In such a situation, the transfer of data outside the EEA will be carried out based on mechanisms ensuring an adequate level of protection, including the use of standard contractual clauses concerning the transfer of personal data to processors established in third countries, approved by the European Commission. 10. Personal data may be disclosed to other entities (so-called data recipients), such as entities cooperating with the Administrator, in particular entities providing services on behalf of the Administrator, including IT services, other entities when necessary to achieve the purposes specified in paragraph 3 above, including entities to which the Administrator has entrusted the processing of personal data under a contract, as well as persons authorized by the administrator or the processing entity to process personal data, e.g. employees, collaborators.
11. Individuals whose personal data are processed have the right to request access to their personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, obtaining a copy of the data, objecting to processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
12. In case of consent to the processing of personal data, the data subject has the right to withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
13. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to initiate contact.
