ITCARD S.A. (hereinafter referred to as ITCARD) informs that it is particularly careful to protect the privacy of both current and potential customers using the ITCARD website. Thus, it provides general information on the principles of collection, processing and use of information about users of the www.itcard.pl website by ITCARD. ITCARD S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, 139 Jutrzenki Street, 02-231 Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator, is the administrator of the personal data obtained through the website. The data are obtained in order to respond to inquiries sent, to handle complaints, as well as to offer own services or products (so-called direct marketing). Data processing includes the following categories of personal data: contact data provided in connection with a submitted inquiry, data disclosed during conversations, especially those recorded for security or evidential purposes. The provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary in order to contact you and respond to you.

You have the right to inspect your personal data, the right to request access to the content of your personal data, rectification, deletion or restriction of processing, transfer, to object to processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection. Personal data will be processed for the period of the statute of limitations for claims to and against the data controller.

Recipients of the personal data provided may be entities cooperating with the Administrator, in particular, entities providing services to the Administrator, including IT, postal or courier services, other entities, when it is necessary for the realization of purposes related to the legitimate interest of the Administrator, including entities entrusted by contract with the processing of personal data.

In the case of consent to the provision of commercial information by electronic means, the Administrator may provide commercial information within the meaning of the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1219), using electronic communication means, in particular by sending commercial information to the provided email address or cell phone number. In addition, if you give additional voluntary consent in accordance with Article 172 of the Act of July 16, 2004. Telecommunications Law (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1907, as amended), the Administrator will be able to use telephone terminal equipment and automatic calling systems for direct marketing purposes. These consents may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the compatibility of data processing on the basis of consent granted before its withdrawal.

It is prohibited to use, reproduce, publish and transfer to third parties the above information without prior written consent.
