IT CARD Centrum Technologii Płatniczych Spółka Akcyjna (hereinafter referred to as “ITCARD”) informs you that it is committed to protecting the privacy of both current and potential Customers using the ITCARD website. Thus, it provides general information on the principles of collecting, processing and using information about users of the www.itcard.pl website by ITCARD. The Controller of the personal data collected through the website is IT CARD Centrum Technologii Płatniczych Spółka Akcyjna, with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Jutrzenki 139, 02-231 Warszawa, hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”.
The data are collected in order to answer your queries, process your complaints, as well as to offer our own services or products (so-called direct marketing). The processing of data includes the following categories of personal data: contact data provided in connection with the submitted enquiry, data disclosed during conversations, and especially data recorded for security or evidential purposes. The provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary in order to contact you and respond to you.

You have the right to access your personal data, the right to request access to the content of your personal data, the right to rectify, erase or restrict processing, the right to transfer, to object to processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection. The personal data will be processed for the period of limitation of claims to which the Controller is entitled and in relation to the Controller.

The recipients of the personal data provided may be entities cooperating with the Controller, in particular entities providing services to the Controller, including IT, postal or courier services, other entities, if it is necessary for the purposes related to the legitimate interest of the Controller, including entities to whom the Controller entrusted, by way of a contract, the processing of personal data.

In the case of consent for the provision of commercial information by electronic means, the Controller may provide commercial information within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on Provision of Electronic Services (consolidated text, Polish Official Journal Dz. U. of 2017, item 1219), using electronic means of communication, in particular by sending commercial information to the provided email address or mobile phone number. Moreover, in the case of expressing additional voluntary consent pursuant to Article 172 of the Act of 16 July 2004. Telecommunications Law (consolidated text, Dz. U. of 2017, item 1907 as amended), the Controller will be able to use telephone terminal devices and automatic calling systems for direct marketing purposes. These consents may be withdrawn at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the conformity of data processing based on consent given before its withdrawal.

It is forbidden to use, reproduce, publish and transfer to third parties the above information without prior written consent.
